If you have a valid ticket in the Movingo app, you can continue to travel as usual until the ticket expires. If you have a ticket valid beyond October 2025, when the Movingo app will be completely shut down, we will assist you in transitioning to the Mälardalstrafik app.
If you try to buy a new ticket in the Movingo app, you will receive an error message similar to the one shown in the image. This is because it is no longer possible to purchase Movingo tickets there. From now on, you need to use the Mälardalstrafik app to buy a new Movingo ticket.
"My Page"/"My Account" Available Until October
If you wish to view your purchase history or download receipts, log in to "My Page" at movingobiljett.se. You will have access to your previous purchases under "My Purchase History" until October.
Note: Save your receipts elsewhere if you need them after October.
Personal Data Will Be Automatically Deleted
When the Movingo app and movingobiljett.se are discontinued, "My Page"/"My Account" will also be removed. In connection with this, all personal data associated with your account will be automatically deleted.
You do not need to take any action for your data to be removed.
Features in the Mälardalstrafik App
In the Mälardalstrafik app, you can purchase and travel with your Movingo ticket as usual, but with smarter features:
- Clear information about which departures are included in your Movingo ticket
- More secure ticket lending
- Real-time traffic deviations per departure
- Ability to purchase single tickets within the same app
