We are available on Facebook and happy to answer your questions via Messenger from 06:00–20:00 on weekdays and 07:00–19:00 on weekends. Open Facebook and chat with Customer Service.

Rebooking via My Account

Assistance in Case of Traffic Disruptions

Rebooking due to traffic disruptions caused by Mälartåg is available 24/7 by calling Customer Service. This also applies to combined trips with multiple transport companies (Resplus) if the disruption is caused by Mälartåg.

Compensation for Delays

If your journey is delayed, canceled, or otherwise affected by a traffic disruption, you may be entitled to compensation.
