Payment of compensation
Compensation is paid via Swedbank’s Payment System (SUS). To receive your compensation as quickly as possible, you need to have a bank account registered there. If you already have a registered account, the compensation will be paid directly into your bank account.
If you do not have a registered account, you need to register your account via Swedbank’s account register. Registering an account results in faster payment. Register your account in Swedbank’s account register.
If you choose not to register an account in SUS, the compensation will instead be paid via a payment voucher, which can for example be redeemed digitally. Payment via voucher normally involves a longer processing time.
If, for any reason, you do not wish to provide your personal identity number, register with Swedbank, or use the web form, you may instead contact Mälardalstrafik Customer Service. For manual payment, you will then need to provide your first and last name as well as clearing number and account number. Manual handling involves a longer processing time.
